The countdown is on. As we prepare to say goodbye to 2025, there is only one question left to answer: How are you celebrating?

This New Year's Eve, we are pulling out all the stops at The Star. We invite you to join us for an exclusive evening of fine dining, incredible live music, and festive cheer as we welcome the New Year in spectacular style.

The Full Package

We have curated a night that is all about indulgence. For £65 per person, your ticket includes:

A Bespoke Three-Course Meal: A special menu created just for this occasion.
Live Entertainment: The incredible Kaylie Malone will provide the soundtrack to your evening, performing live vocals to keep the atmosphere electric.
A Prosecco Toast: We will have a glass of bubbles ready for you to raise a glass when the clock strikes midnight.

A Menu to Remember

Our chefs have created a menu worthy of the biggest night of the year. Here is a taste of what awaits you:

To Start: Begin with elegance, choosing from dishes like our Smoked Halibut Tostada with fresh avocado salsa verde, or the rich Wild Mushroom & Spinach Vol-au-Vent topped with a poached duck egg.

The Main Event: For the main course, indulge in our Fillet Steak, served with indulgent taleggio cheese potato au gratin. If you prefer pork, our Two Way Pork (slow-roasted belly and pan-seared tenderloin) is a showstopper. We also have a delicious Roasted Gurnard Fillet and a vegan Beetroot & Spinach Wellington.

Something Sweet: Finish 2025 on a high note with our Sticky Toffee Pudding Cheesecake or a zesty Orange Posset with mulled wine figs.

Plan Your Evening

The festivities officially begin with dinner service at 19:30. However, you are more than welcome to arrive early to get the party started with pre-dinner drinks in the bar.
